Leadership Training for Military
and Law Enforcement
Military Leadership Training

The Stone Nature Center's Adventure Challenge
course has trained hundreds of our nation's
finest soldiers  over the last 10 years.  ROTC,
National Guard and Army Reserve units have
used the adventure challenge course to  train
young soldiers in leadership, teamwork and how
to function under stress.

These troops learn to assess new situations,
formulate plans, operate as a unit and
communicate under stress in combat
simulations.

Designed and led by retired military personnel,
this leadership training is customized to each
group's training goals.

Law Enforcement

Operating under stress is a constant
training issue for law enforcement groups.

The challenge course is an excellent tool
for training officers to harness their fears,
keep thinking and move forward under
stressful conditions.

High elements simulate dangerous
conditions which provoke responses
similiar to the real world situation of law
enforcement.    Officers train to remain
calm, continue communicating and
functioning as a group while moving
forward through the  challenges.
